We are seeking a dedicated, non‑smoking House Manager and Housekeeper for our large central London home, available 24/7, with compulsory live‑in from 11pm on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily and weekly housekeeping: cleaning, laundry, ironing
  • Use WhatsApp, online calendars, and other apps for communication and organisation
  • Assist in the kitchen (no experience required)
  • Manage online inventories and household supplies – full training provided
  • Make phone calls using clear English to avoid misunderstandings with suppliers and household management
  • Handle deliveries and returns; must be able to climb stairs in a 5‑floor house with ease

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Hotel cleaning experience (e.g. chamber maid or room attendant) is a definite advantage but not essential
  • Valid National Insurance number – if not available, we will help you register after starting employment
  • Fit and able to climb stairs regularly in a 5‑floor home
  • Good spoken English and ability to read & understand detailed written English
  • References essential
  • Non‑smoker only – non‑smoking candidates will be considered
  • Authorized to live and work in the UK (no tourist visa permitted)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: £2306.98
  • £2000 bonus after 18 months of employment (requires at least 3 weeks notice)
  • Accommodation in central London, 24/7; Location: 15 minutes from Oxford Street, within 60 metres of Warwick Avenue Tube station and bus stop
  • 4 weeks paid holiday per year (if you have a National Insurance number)
  • Total package value over 18 months: £49,586

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Work five days per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Expected approximately 48 hours per week with flexibility essential.
  • Live‑in is compulsory from 11pm on weekdays; accommodation is 24/7.
