White Label Recruitment are currently working withglobal leader in industrial gearbox solutions who are nolooking to appoint a Sales Manager Service & Aftermarket (UK & Ireland).
This position focuses on managing and growing relationships with a large existing customer base, while also developing new opportunities across industries such as power generation, materials handling, and heavy industry. The company has an excellent reputation, strong technical support, and a loyal client portfolio.
The role includes:
- Managing existing accounts and building new end-user business across the UK & Ireland
- Selling the aftermarket solutions ofindustrial gearboxes (service, repair, replacement, and parts)
- 80% customer-facing travel, 20% home office
- Collaborating closely with a supportive UK and European team
The Person:
- Have a strong background in selling service and repair of gearboxes (but they will consider service and repair sales or pumps, motors, etc)
- Have a strong engineering background and be able to read technical drawings
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and hands-on
- Comfortable engaging at all levels, from engineers to senior decision-makers
- A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
