White Label Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading global pump manufacturer who are looking to hire two hires across the North (North West / North East - no Scotland):
- Area Sales Manager
- Key Account Manager
This is a proper pump sales environment, selling a broad range of pump and fluid handling solutions into chemical, food & beverage, utilities and general manufacturing.
1) Area Sales Manager - North
A classic territory sales role:
- Roughly 50% account management / 50% new business
- Managing and growing a regional customer base
- Winning new business across end users, integrators and distribution
- Full ownership of territory, pipeline and diary
2) Key Account Manager - North
A more account-led role, focused on:
- Managing higher-value, key customers (e.g. utilities, major industrial users)
- Growing existing accounts and developing long-term relationships
- Identifying opportunities within established customers
The Person (for both roles)
They are keen to speak to individuals who:
- Have strong experience selling a wide range of pumps or fluid handling equipment
- Come from either a manufacturer or distributor background
- Have sold into industrial/process environments
- Are comfortable managing their own territory, pipeline and customers
