Export Sales Manager
White Label are excited to be working on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer of conveyor and overhead systems, who are seeking an Export Sales Manager to drive their export growth across Northern and Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled sales professional with experience in conveyor systems and international sales.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies, managing client relationships and delivering high-value projects. You will prepare technical quotations, produce 2D layouts and represent the company at international exhibitions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales, offering autonomy and opportunity for growth.
What You’ll Do as Export Sales Manager
- Drive export sales across Northern and Eastern Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients such as paint plant, oven and spray booth manufacturers.
- Prepare technical quotations and 2D layouts.
- Attend industry exhibitions to showcase solutions and develop networks.
- Work collaboratively with the existing sales team to deliver projects from £100k to £1.5m.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven technical sales experience in conveyor systems; overhead conveyor experience is highly desirable.
- Experience managing multi-year projects and working with international clients.
- Ability to read technical drawings and produce 2D layouts.
- Experience in exporting and working with complex technical solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with manufacturers and sub-contractors.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%).
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in German is desirable; Spanish, Portuguese, or French also beneficial.
- Experience in overhead conveyor systems or paint plants, overhead handling, or baggage systems.
- Basic salary of up to £65k
- Bonus scheme up to 20% plus £6k car allowance
