The ideal candidate is a seasoned Design/Drawings Manager with strong commercial awareness and experience leading a team of Tekla designers. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a high‑performing design team while shaping the direction of their projects and careers.

The Role

You will lead a team of six designers, allocating resources, forward‑planning projects, and ensuring efficient and cost‑effective delivery. While primarily managerial, you will also provide hands‑on design support when required, review drawings, and drive continuous improvements in design processes. Your responsibilities include mentoring the team, developing careers, and implementing strategies to maximise both productivity and profitability.

  • Familiarity with Tekla Structures (advantageous)
  • Ability to drive team efficiency and resource planning
