White Label Recruitment are currently working with a leading seals and gaskets manufacturer who are looking to take on 2 x Area Sales Engineersto join their team.
These are key roles with a 50/50 split between account management and new business development, selling high-quality gasket, seal, and PTFE solutions into industries such as pharma, oil & gas, engineering, waste recovery, MOD, and more. The locations of the role can be tailored to suit the individuals depending on strengths and skills.
About the role:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Focus on gaskets and seals
- Conduct regular external customer visits
- Work closely with sales leadership team to deliver results
What were looking for:
- Proven external sales experience (ideally industrial products, seals/gaskets, or related sectors)
- Strong at both building new relationships and managing established accounts
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

- Β£35k-45k DOE
