White Label is working exclusively with an engineering company in Keighley that require a Graduate Design Engineer with Solidworks experience. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone more junior in their career. You will be working as part of a tight-knit team to design innovative new products and redesign some existing models. My client operates a relaxed environment where engineers work closely together to ensure project timelines are met and the company meets its objectives.
The day-to-day role of the Graduate Design Engineer will involve:
- Concept design drawings for the new product range
- Working alongside Senior Engineers to create new products / re-design existing products
- Create BOM, design to manufacture / production models on Solid Works
- Detail drawings
- Occasional site visits
Experience required of the Graduate Design Engineer:
- You must have experience using Solidworks (A Solidworks CAD test will be involved in the interview process)
- Sheet Metal/Fabrication experience would be an advantage
Package/Benefits:
- A salary of £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm with 30 minutes lunch and 8:30 am - 4 pm on Friday.
