White Label is representing an engineering and manufacturing business based in Bradford who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. If you’ve got proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in a manufacturing environment and want a role where you can take ownership and lead from the front, this could be the one for you. What’s on offer: * Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience * Company car/car allowance * 38.25 hours per week * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension * Plus loads more benefits Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager * Take ownership of projects from customer order through to completion – covering design, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning * Produce detailed project programmes and chair regular meetings with customers and internal stakeholders * Carry out site surveys, gather information for CAD/Technical teams, and check drawings before manufacture * Liaise with procurement and production to monitor progress, manage costs, and ensure delivery on time and within budget * Write site-specific risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation * Manage installation teams and subcontractors, attending site as required to oversee quality and progress * Handle change requests, variations, valuations, and payment applications * Lead lessons learned reviews to avoid repeat issues * Oversee and develop a small team of Project Managers and an Apprentice, including reviews, appraisals, and departmental reporting Experience required of the Senior Project Manager * Strong project management background within a manufacturing business * Experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally involving acoustic containers, enclosures, or related sectors * Previous team management/leadership experience * Comfortable working in a high-pressure, customer-facing role handling multiple projects at once * Confident with Microsoft Office This vacancy is being managed by Paul Smith.
