Overview
White Label Recruitment are currently working with a leading valve manufacturer who are now looking to take on a Sales Manager for Control & Choke Valves with EPCs. They are looking for someone with a strong background in control valves or flow control technologies. The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities and supporting major EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with EPCs and end users across the UK and internationally.
- Promote the sales of control and choke valves.
- Manage the key accounts.
- Support project activity in the UK, Holland, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Africa, working with local agents where appropriate.
- Provide technical support – including basic sizing, quotations, and presentations – to ensure clients receive value-added solutions.
- Track and influence major projects, secure positions on Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs), and build long-term account strategies.
- Travel regularly.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of control valves, choke valves, or related flow control systems.
- Experience in EPC project environments and comfort with project lifecycles.
- Confidence in both technical and commercial discussions – able to size valves at the desk, then present solutions to clients.
- An international mindset and willingness to travel.
