Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) Up to £65,000 + Commission + Car Allowance White Label are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join a renowned engineering business, serving advanced industrial sectors across the UK and Ireland. This is a key commercial role, ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and a successful track record in solution-based sales. The Role of the Sales Manager: * Take full responsibility for sales activities across the UK and Ireland. * Develop new business and grow existing accounts across a diverse customer base. * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions in accordance with company guidelines * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to post-sale support * Sell bespoke, high-value capital equipment used in industrial applications * Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored, technical solutions. * Provide regular market and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
