We are a leading precision engineering company, dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee the quality management processes within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet rigorous industry standards.
• Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
• Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to address quality concerns.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of production.
• Train and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive improvements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
