Project Manager Construction

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for the modular construction industry? My client is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of modular building projects from inception to completion. The position will be based at my client’s offices in Bradford with regular travel to sites between Bradford and London required. * Salary up to £60k * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension * Working hours are Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 17:00 and Friday 08:45 – 16:15 * Employee benefits platform (discounts etc) Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Manage multiple modular building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. * Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to drive project success. * Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and budgets. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management and stakeholders. * Oversee site operations, ensuring high standards of quality control. * Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues proactively. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery. Experience required of the Project Manager * 3 years or more experience in the Modular sector or similar. * 10 years or more experience in project/contracts management
