White Label Recruitment are working with a well-established electromechanical manufacturer based in North Bradford who are looking to recruit a Production Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing professional who wants to take ownership of technical assembly, process improvement, shop floor development and production support within a fast-paced engineering environment.
The role would suit someone with strong experience in production, assembly or manufacturing environments, ideally within electromechanical, CNC, machining or technical assembly-based settings. The business designs and manufactures electromechanical components including solenoids, switches and winches, supplying into defence, medical and industrial OEM markets. Following a significant turnaround in the last three years, the business is now in a strong growth phase with increasing production demand and continued investment in its people, processes and manufacturing capability.
The Role:
- Train, mentor, and develop assembly staff on new and existing products to build a flexible, multi-skilled, and capable workforce
- Learn, maintain, and master all technical assembly processes, setting and operating machinery, and performing hands-on product assembly
