Production Scheduling Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate schedules to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time * Provide lead time estimates to Sales during quote phase * Liaise with Engineering, Production, and Finance to ensure readiness for manufacturing * Expedite delayed parts and monitor purchasing schedules * Prepare and distribute production documents (e.g. route cards, drawings) * Review and action Engineering Change Notes and BOM amendments * Attend production meetings, updating on progress and priorities * Monitor and update MRP/ERP systems and production status * Provide monthly forecasts for outbound shipments * Support Assembly, Despatch and Stores to meet contract deadlines Essential Skills & Experience * Background in a manufacturing environment using MRP2 systems * Understanding of BOMs, routings, and planning processes * Strong communication and coordination abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Highly organised with attention to detail Desirable Attributes * Experience using SAP or JDE * Open to process improvement and change * Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills * Collaborative and dependable in a fast-paced setting Benefits Included * £31,000 salary * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (holiday allowance starts from birthday month) * Option to carry over 5 days annual leave * Laptop provided * 9% company pension contribution (6% employee) * Healthcare benefits * 37.5 hour week * Early Friday finish Apply today to join a business that values precision, progress, and teamwork in a dynamic manufacturing environment
