We are currently looking for a Systems Specialist to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence Team on a temporary basis. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work within a dynamic global environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key projects, especially in the area of Procurement Systems. As a Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining procurement systems, supporting digital transformation, and helping the business meet its compliance and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document Standard Processes for Procurement Systems.
- Implement Standard Procurement Systems across all areas of Procurement.
- Develop and deliver standardised systems training for Procurement Systems users.
- Support and manage digital transformation projects from evaluation to implementation.
- Assist procurement users with systems usage and troubleshooting.
- Monitor performance against compliance targets and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update key data in procurement systems.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience working with systems and digital applications (experience with SAP and Ariba is advantageous).
- Experience in change management and driving system adoption.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Aware of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues.
- A second language is a plus, but not essential.
