Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve existing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing.
- Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and risk assessments.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Provide technical engineering support to production teams on the shop floor.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, throughput, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all processes.
