The Role: As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role within our integrated mechanical, electrical, and building services design function. Reporting directly to the M+E Design Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the design and delivery of electrical systems across complex projects — setting design direction, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in low carbon technologies. This position requires an experienced and confident engineer who can combine deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness. You’ll bring strategic thinking to the table, shape early stage concepts, and ensure robust, regulation-compliant designs.
