The Role:

  • Working alongside a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be designing and developing mechanical components used in agricultural equipment.
  • Creating 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Designing sheet metal and fabricated components.
  • Working with internal teams and customers to improve existing products.
  • Supporting product development from concept through to manufacture.
  • Carrying out market research to support design decisions.

The Person:

  • Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Product Design, or similar.
  • Some experience with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
  • Interest or experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or mechanical design.
  • Keen to learn, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Company bonus scheme – last year all staff received a minimum of 4%.
  • Flexible working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
