The Role:
- Working alongside a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be designing and developing mechanical components used in agricultural equipment.
- Creating 3D models and technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Designing sheet metal and fabricated components.
- Working with internal teams and customers to improve existing products.
- Supporting product development from concept through to manufacture.
- Carrying out market research to support design decisions.
The Person:
- Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Product Design, or similar.
- Some experience with CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
- Interest or experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or mechanical design.
- Keen to learn, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
- Company bonus scheme – last year all staff received a minimum of 4%.
- Flexible working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
