  • Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentoring to intermediate and junior engineers
  • Collaborate with the estimating and sales team to review enquiries and develop competitive, compliant concept solutions
  • Oversee site surveys and evaluate existing systems, identifying integration opportunities and retrofit solutions
  • Champion best practices in energy-efficient design — including power load calculations, energy modelling, and controls integration
  • Review and approve all electrical engineering documentation, from schematics to commissioning plans, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Act as technical authority in client meetings, representing the company with confidence and offering clear solutions to complex design challenges
  • Liaise closely with the Projects Team during design handover, providing technical assurance throughout the build phase
  • Lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the team

The Person: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience using AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of heating/HVAC design and calculations would be a huge benefit
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • A full UK driving licence

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary of up to £60,000
  • Electric company car or car allowance
  • Hybrid working with 2-3 days from home
  • Flexible start times
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a birthday off
