White Label are working on an exclusive basis with a key client opportunity that could be the next step in your career. Are you a seasoned Design/Drawings Manager with strong commercial awareness and experience leading a team of Tekla designers?
The Role
You will lead a team of six designers, allocating resources, forward planning projects, and ensuring the team operates efficiently and cost-effectively. While this role is largely managerial, you will also support hands-on design where required, review drawings, and drive improvements in design processes. You’ll be responsible for mentoring the team, developing careers, and implementing strategies to maximise both productivity and profitability.
