Are you a detail-driven document controller with experience in construction or a main contracting environment? We’re working with a well-established modular construction business in Bradford looking for a Document Controller / Administrator to support their busy project team. This is a key site-based role, reporting directly to the site lead, and offers a great opportunity to join a stable, secure company with strong roots and a healthy pipeline of work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing all site documentation, including drawings, registers, and revision tracking
  • Supporting general site administration – taking meeting notes, maintaining timesheets, and keeping records up to date
  • Liaising with the wider project team to ensure clear, accurate communication and document distribution
  • Maintaining strong version control and ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest information
