Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex, live site projects? Do you enjoy autonomy, ownership, and working in a growing business where your impact is genuinely visible?
We are supporting a dynamic and expanding organisation looking to appoint a Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple site-based projects. Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and proven people leadership skills. You will be trusted to make decisions, manage stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple projects simultaneously.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing multiple live projects from inception to completion
- Overseeing programmes, budgets, and quality standards
- Identifying and mitigating risks proactively
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Building strong relationships based on trust and transparency
- Monitoring project performance and financial controls
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Supporting business growth through high-quality project delivery
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Significant experience in construction or engineering project delivery
- Proven track record of delivering complex site projects
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience transitioning from a large corporate environment into a smaller, more agile business
- Familiarity with fast-paced, flexible working environments
- Experience developing and retaining high-performing teams
