White Label Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly respected packaging distributor to find a Customer Account Executive to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop further, take on more responsibility, and be part of a business that truly invests in its people.

About the Business

Our client is a market-leading UK distributor of high-performance packaging used primarily in the food industry. Their customers include some of the biggest names in UK food manufacturing, and the products they supply are often technically bespoke for individual applications. The business is built on strong values and principles that guide their approach to customers, suppliers, and their own team. Training and development are not just talked about here—they’re embedded into the culture through a structured Commercial Academy and mentoring programmes. Many team members have progressed into new roles across the business as they’ve developed.

The Role

As the Customer Account Executive, you’ll work alongside the Area Sales Manager and Customer Business Manager team to support key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and acting as the internal point of contact
  • Coordinating stock, orders, and internal communication
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels
  • Visiting customers and providing product and market updates
  • Helping to increase the overall value of your accounts over time

This role is about partnership and proactive communication—not hard sales. You’ll get out to meet customers regularly (pool cars are available) and gradually take full responsibility for your own accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally, you’ll have some experience in a customer service, sales coordination, or an account management role, and be comfortable dealing with clients in a B2B environment. However, if you have the right attitude and a strong interest in developing your career, full training and support will be provided. A commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

What’s in It for You:

  • £34k OTE
  • Monthly bonus scheme
  • Structured Personal Development Plan
  • Healthcare and dental plan
  • £50 birthday bonus or the day off
  • 23 days holiday + statutory days (rising to 28 after 5 years)
  • Prize draw nights & twice-yearly weekend communication events
  • Growth share scheme
  • Opportunities to support local charities and initiatives
