Contract Manager
Location: Luton
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Package: Christmas Bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme, optional private healthcare
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexible – Hybrid working)

The previous post-holder vacated the role some time ago, and the Operations Director has been temporarily handling the responsibilities. However, due to the growing workload, there is a need for a dedicated Contract Manager to take on this critical role.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You\’ll be the primary point of contact for customers and will liaise with various teams to drive the successful execution of each project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with lead times of 3-6 months.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
- Ensure contracts and projects are delivered on time and meet all requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, quality, and production) to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Use a CRM system to manage and track projects.
- Communicate with suppliers and hauliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delivery issues.
Essential Experience:
- 2-3 years\’ experience in project management.
- Proven track record of liaising with multiple key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
- Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above).
- Ability to interpret technical mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with water treatment facilities.
- Experience delivering manufacturing projects
