What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures
- Producing accurate GA drawings, material lists and fabrication packs
- Working closely with project teams, engineers and fabricators to bring designs to life
- Making sure your work hits all the right notes with UK regulations and Eurocodes
- Applying DfMA thinking to make off-site builds and on-site assembly smooth and efficient
- Managing drawing revisions and keeping everything on track
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years' experience with Tekla Structures
- Solid knowledge of structural steel detailing and fabrication
- Familiarity with UK standards, including BS EN 1090
- Proactive mindset, good communicator, and a keen eye for detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SolidWorks for bespoke components
- Familiarity with Radan for sheet metal/CNC profiling
- Understanding of DfMA
