White Label are excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Junior/Graduate Design Engineer for a well-established manufacturing business based in Bolton. You'll take products from first sketch through to full production, working across a mix of team projects and your own solo jobs.

The role:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, production
  • Work within a development team and independently on your own projects
  • Build physical models and prototypes, and test them in the workshop
  • Spot design or production issues early and engineer solid fixes

What you'll need:

  • Strong 3D CAD skills (Ideally Solidworks or similar)
  • MEng or Product Design Degree/Qualifications
  • Nice to have: Good knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods: injection moulding, CNC, sheet metal, casting
  • Nice to have: Comfortable using workshop tools to build and test models
  • A curious, analytical, problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK working rights - unable to offer sponsorship
