Are you a driven, technically-minded sales professional with strong connections in the M&E contracting world?
White Label Recruitment are working with a market-leading manufacturer in the building services sector to appoint an Area Sales Key Account Manager covering the South of England. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing, private equity-backed group that\’s investing heavily in its future.
The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to take ownership of a key region and build strong commercial relationships with some of the UK\’s largest M&E contractors. You\\\’ll be representing a respected engineering manufacturer in the HVAC industry known for high-quality, certified technology solutions used in high-occupancy buildings such as hospitals, schools, hotels, and commercial premises.
The company is investing significantly in growth and innovation, with very impressive growth plans over the next few years!
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with large M&E contractors (e.g., NG Bailey, Skanska, Cilantro)
- Drive project sales across new build, retrofit, and refurb markets
- Increase enquiry volumes and sales conversion across targeted accounts
- Secure supplier agreements and repeat business opportunities
- Conduct regular client meetings
- Meet key performance indicators around pipeline, meetings, sales, and engagement
The Person
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within HVAC, water systems, or building services
- Strong network within large M&E contractors in the South UK
- Ideally have experience selling technical solutions such as pumps, boosters, heat exchangers, chillers, etc
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and liaise with specifiers and engineers
The Package
- Extremely competitive salary
