We’re looking for a motivated Growth Marketer to drive demand & lead generation and pipeline growth through hands‑on execution across multiple channels. This role suits someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys autonomy as well as being part of a fun and driven team, and is excited to test, learn, and scale what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
- Own email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing journeys
- Support content distribution across social and owned channels
- Track and report on performance across the funnel
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Example projects you could lead:
- Leverage a packed CRM to overhaul engagement campaigns for better results
