1to1 Group are recruiting for a part-time PA for one of our clients on the outskirts of Winchester. This is a very varied and fast-paced position involving general administration and someone with good IT skills who is able to pick up new systems.
Role Details:
- Outskirts of Winchester.
- Part-time, 9am-5.30pm, 3 days per week.
- 22.5 hours per week.
- £32,000-£34,000 pro rata (actual take home salary is £19,199-£20,393 per annum as it is part-time).
Role Responsibilities:
- Full admin support, including diary and appointment management, report and correspondence collation and dispatch.
- Client onboarding, terms of business creation and invoice issuing.
- Share in the cover of the main telephone system and providing backup in busy times.
- Onboarding new clients, preparing and issuing Terms of Business and all associated admin.
- Assist with issuing invoices.
- Day-to-day diary and meetings management.
- Liaising with clients and as first point of call when Andrew is away, where applicable.
- Formatting and issuing reports, correspondence and email filing.
- Collaborate with others on company-wide admin procedures and systems.
- Managing fireproof safe register.
Role Requirements:
- Due to the remote location of the office, a full valid UK driving license and access to a car is required.
- Prior use and understanding of CRM systems.
- Property industry knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 5 years Personal Assistant or similar administrative role experience.
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint & Teams).
