To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, enthusiastic, highly organised and forward thinking. In this position, as well as ensuring smooth operations across the entire business and managing workflow, you will be assisting with growing the business too. This role would suit someone from an EA, studio/office manager or operational manager background.
