1to1 Group are currently recruiting for a Stock Coordinator for one of our clients in Winchester. This role will help ensure that the Inventory records of the business are robust and accurate, both in terms of quantities and values. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, but with a dotted line working relationship with the Supply Chain Manager.

Role Details

  • Location: Winchester
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent

Role Responsibilities

  • Ownership and development of the company’s stock control procedures.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained.
  • Implementation of strong inventory control procedures and the use of best practices through continuing process improvement initiatives.
  • Management and control of all internal stock movements.
  • Supporting and proposing to the business how it can help to reduce the size of both quantity and value differences.
  • Plan and coordinate inventory counts.
  • Monthly reporting of stock take results and the distribution of other inventory related reports as required.
  • Identifying the root cause, and providing solutions to process related errors or workflow issues within the ERP system.
  • Work with the purchasing and sales departments to ensure that the business is holding the optimal levels of stock.
  • Operating and behaving safely in accordance with Health and Safety law and regulations including compliance to all relevant legislation.

Role Requirements

  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Regular visits to other sites with the company.
  • Proven experience of stock control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of using batch control for stock records (shelf life, quality etc).
  • D365 systems experience.
  • Intermediate- Advanced user in Excel.
