1to1 Group is currently seeking a driven in-house Customer Services/Sales Co-ordinator for a fast-growing company in the Winchester area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to join an organisation that has a clear people plan around developing their team and driving the business forward into 2026 and the future.

Role Details

  • Location: Winchester
  • Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break
  • Office Based

Key responsibilities

  • Be first point of contact for customers by phone and email
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with internal depts and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery
  • Monitor and track orders and resolve issues if they arise
  • Develop a strong understanding of each customer account, how they operate and their specific needs, and provide tailored support that adds value
  • Support sales team by providing product information, quotations and follow ups

  • Previous experience in a customer service or order process role
