1to1 Group are recruiting for a Medical Receptionist for one of our clients on the outskirts of Winchester. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and great initiative to pick up any tasks required, involving reception/administration duties and other front of house duties.
Role Details
- Location: Outskirts of Winchester
- Salary: £13.50 per hour
- Contract: Temporary on-going (with the possibility of going permanent)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break
- Occasional weekend (7:30am – 4:00pm) and evening (11:30am – 8:00pm) shifts
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for all customers on the phone and in person, delivering friendly advice and support
- Dealing with customer enquiries, guiding them to the correct direction accordingly
- Walking customers to the correct waiting rooms and showing them where to check in
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, including the desk and waiting rooms
- Taking all calls from clients and customers, transferring them to the correct department and booking appointments
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have knowledge and a background in the medical sector
- An enhanced DBS will be required for the role
- Previous experience in the hospitality field in reception is desirable
- Maintaining a friendly and polite manner to make all customers feel relaxed and welcomed
