Responsibilities
- Maintain safety within the facility, handle incidents.
- Perform safety checks and welfare checks.
- Teaching practical skills like budgeting, cooking, and hygiene.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks when required.
- Writing up case notes on residents when necessary.
- Providing 1-1 support with residents and being a safe space.
Requirements
- Previous experience in homeless support, social work, or a related field is desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
- Valid Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children.
- A driving license is essential as some parts of the role require visiting other sites.
