1to1 Group are recruiting for a temporary Customer Service Representative on behalf of a client to manage customer cases from start to finish. You’ll diagnose issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customers receive fair, timely resolutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys problem solving.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound enquiries and route customers to the right team
- Manage complaints, cases, dashboards and weekly reports
- Investigate escalations and assess fair outcomes
- Support warranty queries, repairs, and claim submissions
- Coordinate loan cars, rentals, and recovery logistics
- Manage exchanges, refunds, and finance related processes
- Complete administration tasks such as ID checks, dispatching vehicle items, and maintaining records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Confident handling challenging customer situations
- Organised, detail focused, and able to multi-task
- Experience in customer service, case management or automotive (preferred but not essential)
