What will you be doing?

As Legal and Procurement lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Management: Preparing and managing appointments, contracts, and legal agreements.
  • Insurance and Risk: Handling insurance renewals, claims, and risk management.
  • Legislation and Compliance: Advising on industry laws and updating policies.
  • Projects and Fees: Providing legal support, fee proposals, and dispute resolution.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assisting with legal disputes and debt recovery.
  • Facilities Management: Overseeing property leases and office service contracts.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a degree in Law, Business, or Insurance.
  • Previous experience in insurance, contracts, and legal support.
  • Strong knowledge of building contracts and RIBA appointments.
  • Skilled in contract law, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
