Compliance Administrator
Colden Common, Fair Oak

Full time
1to1 group are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Colden Common. You will be supporting the recruitment team with all pre-starter administrative processes. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 based in the office.

Duties
- First point of contact for compliance administrative enquiries
- Complete all pre-employment checks for new starters, including referencing, Right to Work Checks, DBS applications.
- Liaise with new candidates over the phone on a day-to-day basis
- Managing spreadsheets, candidate files and databases.
- Updating and maintaining ATS (applicant Tracking System) and automated screening tool.
- Managing Compliance inbox on a rota basis.
- Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and saved to the correct files.
- Keeping up to date with the latest compliance updates and informing the team
Requirements
- Experience using CRM System or ATS.
- IT literate
- Analytical approach
- High attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
- Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Independent, intuitive and proactive approach to work with the capability of prioritising your workload.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
