Job Summary
Our client is an ever-changing fast-growing global organisation, and due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen as Senior HR Manager on a fixed term contract for 1 year, which may continue to a permanent role in the future. This role would provide leadership to the team, including coaching and development planning to ensure growth. You would be responsible for 2 reports in the team which is well established and stable.
Duties
- Responsible for HR duties such as employee relations, training and organisational development within the UK.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people and business goals.
- Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning.
- Analyse trends and provide information.
- Drive initiatives forward for employee engagement, retention and performance to add value to the business.
Skills
- 10-15 years experience in HR within a commercial or manufacturing environment ideally in a corporate organisation.
- CIPD qualification ideally CIPD level 5-7.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment laws.
- Excellent computer skills, including ATS.
- Car driver essential.
- Collaboration is essential in this role.
