Hybrid role – 3 days in office, 2 at home. Basingstoke based near railway station; however, this role involves some travel to other sites and therefore only car drivers apply (car allowance is supplied as part of package).

Job Summary

Our client is an ever-changing fast-growing global organisation, and due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen as Senior HR Manager on a fixed term contract for 1 year, which may continue to a permanent role in the future. This role would provide leadership to the team, including coaching and development planning to ensure growth. You would be responsible for 2 reports in the team which is well established and stable.

Duties

  • Responsible for HR duties such as employee relations, training and organisational development within the UK.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people and business goals.
  • Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning.
  • Analyse trends and provide information.
  • Drive initiatives forward for employee engagement, retention and performance to add value to the business.

Skills

  • 10-15 years experience in HR within a commercial or manufacturing environment ideally in a corporate organisation.
  • CIPD qualification ideally CIPD level 5-7.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment laws.
  • Excellent computer skills, including ATS.
  • Car driver essential.
  • Collaboration is essential in this role.
