We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Personal Assistant to support our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to an exciting dynamic organization.

Duties:

  • Managing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
  • Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal mail with professionalism and courtesy
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Overseeing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping
  • Organizing travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for executives
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Managing phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times
  • Planning and delivering internal and external events

Skills & Qualifications:
