Key Account Manager β Electro-Mechanical β South/South West
Location and Working Arrangements
Hampshire or Buckinghamshire Office β 2 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days of customer visits.
Hours and Compensation
Hours: 8:30 β 17:00
Salary: Up to Β£50,000 DOE plus Bonus, Commission scheme, and company car.

1to1 Group is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our client\βs sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the South and South West and Home counties.
Role Details
The role is primarily office-based at either the Buckinghamshire head office or the Winchester Hampshire factory, with at least 3 customer visits weekly. The company is family-oriented and offers flexible work-from-home options for emergencies or childcare needs.
Candidate Profile
Experience in business-to-business sales, preferably with a technical background in electromechanical products, and excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage 100+ key customer accounts within the territory.
- Develop and create new business opportunities (NBO).
- Maintain and develop good customer relationships, understanding their projects.
- Prepare sales strategies and value propositions.
- Follow up on all potential sales leads within a team environment.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure high service levels and stay informed about new designs and products.
- Forecast sales revenues for the territory.
- Achieve or exceed targeted sales levels according to the sales plan.
