The White Spa, at The White House in Rhuallt, is a luxury spa facility offering spa days, memberships & beauty treatments. We are looking for a qualified beauty therapist to deliver exceptional treatments at our spa.

Job Description

  • To deliver an exceptional standard of treatments to our spa guests.

  • Treatments you will be expected to confidently deliver are; massages (different types), facials, nails, tinting & waxing.

· Enquiring about guests\' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa treatments.

· Carrying out a verbal consultation with your client, explaining what the treatment entails and establishing your clients needs, to ensure they receive a tailored experience.

· Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room bed linen, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.

· Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies for treatments.

· Processing payments and deposits for guest bookings.

· Upselling treatments & retail products to spa guests.

  • Encouraging repeat bookings & building a rapport with clients.

- Some Reception cover & spa host duties will also be included in this role as and when required.

Potential for set days within the role

What we are looking for;

  • You must be Level 2 & 3 qualified in beauty & massage therapy, at NVQ Level (or equivalent).

  • A minimum of 1 years experience as a therapist in a spa is a desirable requirement.

  • First Aid qualifications would be advantageous.

  • Past experience working in a spa is preferred.

  • You must be confident delivering the following treatments; different types of massages, including hot stone massage, facials, scalp massage, nail treatments, eyebrow shapes and waxing.

  • You should possess a polite, caring & sensitive manner to make all clients feel at ease.

  • We are looking for someone with a real passion for the spa industry.

  • A strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever required.
