We are a growing primary school, established in September 2019, situated on the new White House Farm Estate in Sprowston, Norwich. Our modern school building and exceptional grounds include two playgrounds, a vast games’ field, and outdoor learning classroom creating an exciting and stimulating outdoor learning area for our youngest children.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an excellent Year 4 Class Teacher to join our team at the beginning of December to provide maternity cover.
We are seeking a creative, dedicated and highly motivated teacher who will bring learning to life, establish strong relationships and maintain high expectations for every child.
The successful candidate will:
- provide consistently high-quality teaching and learning;
- create a positive, purposeful and inclusive classroom environment;
- have high expectations for children's achievement, behaviour and personal development;
- use assessment effectively to identify next steps and adapt teaching;
- understand how to scaffold and adapt learning so that all pupils, including those with SEND and disadvantaged pupils, can succeed;
- contribute enthusiastically to our curriculum and wider school life; and
- work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
We are particularly interested in someone who combines warmth and strong relationships with high expectations and who believes that every child can make excellent progress.
