Overview
We are seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to assist in the management of our growing patient population and workforce. Working closely with the Partners and other healthcare professionals as part of our multidisciplinary team, based at our clinic head office in west Sheffield.
Responsibilities
- Support the Partners, department managers and other staff within the various practice businesses.
- Lead HR processes such as recruitment, induction, training and wellbeing.
- Provide day-to-day IT support within the team and maintain a good working knowledge of basic IT processes and Microsoft Office.
- Apply Finance knowledge including accounting and banking software.
- Contribute to a positive, open, friendly and supportive environment where staff can share ideas and succeed.
Qualifications and profile
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare or GP setting is desirable.
- Approachable with a positive attitude, good sense of humour, flexible and committed.
