Your Purpose

As a Registered Nurse on our bank team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering person-centred nursing care that promotes dignity, comfort and wellbeing. You’ll assess, plan and implement care plans, administer medication safely, and work closely with residents, families and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. Whether it’s one shift or many, your presence makes a real difference.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be confident in clinical decision-making, calm under pressure, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
