Responsibilities

We\'re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and customer focussed full time trainee assistant /manager to join our company as we look to expand initially helping to manage the running of our country pub with rooms , based in Wangford You will probably already be working in a supervisor role, in hospitality looking to take the next step into Hospitality management We\'ll train you in all facets of running a successful pub/restaurant, you\'ll learn cellar, cash, staff, diary and stock management, as well as being involved in event planning and marketing for the business. The position is hands on and entails working evenings and most weekends. You\'ll be working alongside a small team including the owners on a daily basis. Previous hospitality service experience and great customer service skills are essential. You\'ll be a highly organised individual who understands the importance of attention to detail, reliability and good timekeeping.
