As a Front of House Apprentice Team Leader with Flaming Grill, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. You'll ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience. Your creativity and organisational skills can bring communities closer together.
As an Apprentice Team Leader you will:
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Your apprenticeship includes:
- No need to attend college; our apprenticeships are delivered through work-based training.
- Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths, with support tailored to your needs.
- Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach including feedback sessions.
