White Horse Employment are pleased to be working with a friendly, family run business that is looking for a full time Finance Assistant (Sales Ledger) assistant to join their growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join and work in a new role that’s just been introduced into the business that offers great flexibility around work life balance and new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and processing customer invoices
- Uploading invoices and documents onto the business portal
- Resolving general customer and invoice queries
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Supporting insurance related administration
- Raising estimates and sending them out after processing
What we're looking for
- Previous experience within Sales Ledger/Accounts receivable
- General knowledge and experience within chasing payments and Credit Control
- Confident handling customer and account queries
- Confident using Microsoft office
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
This is a full-time position with fixed working hours of Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:30, and Friday, 08:00–15:30. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.60 and provides a stable, full-time working schedule.
