This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a people‑focused role and wants to be at the heart of a business that’s scaling quickly. You will be supporting Nova’s international dealer network, managing orders end‑to‑end, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate account administration, and delivering top‑tier customer service to a global client base.
You’ll be joining a supportive, passionate and ambitious team, where every day brings something different. It’s a great chance to broaden your skills across customer service, administration, logistics coordination and account management whilst contributing to Nova’s exciting growth plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing accounts for global motorsport tyre dealers
- Processing orders and handling customer enquiries
- Coordinating UK & international shipments
- Maintaining pricing files and accurate documentation
- Planning stock for key customers and championships
- Creating invoices, credit notes and transport paperwork
- Working cross‑functionally to resolve issues fast
What you’ll bring:
- Customer service or admin experience (ideal, not essential)
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional style
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Solid IT skills (MS Office)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
