This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious accountant who is looking to move beyond traditional reporting responsibilities and become a genuine business partner to senior operational leaders. Initially taking ownership of a single site, the role is designed to quickly evolve into full financial responsibility for an entire business unit within the group, offering significant exposure, influence and long-term progression opportunities.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance, challenging decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts and performance analysis
- Taking ownership of the financial performance of a business area and supporting its continued growth

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities
- Driving improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or nearing completion of your qualification
- Experience within a management accounting, finance business partnering or commercial finance role
