Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, this is a broad and impactful role supporting the wider commercial and operational agenda through high-quality analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver detailed financial analysis to support commercial performance and decision making
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Support monthly reporting cycles, forecasting, variance analysis, and action planning
- Work with large and complex data sets across multiple systems to produce meaningful insight
- Support the integration, manipulation, and integrity of financial and operational data
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support performance improvement initiatives
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support across finance and the wider business
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Ideally a 2nd mover from practice
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Commercially minded, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with BI tools and dashboard reporting would be advantageous
